Job tasks and responsibilities

The Role

Your role as the Financial Accounting Manager will report directly in to the Director. Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

*Oversight, motivation and management of four direct reports to ensure the tasks below are completed
*Full month end supervision and ownership
*Preparation and completion of the annual statutory financial statements
*Coordinating with auditors on half year and year end audits
*Provide financial assistance to business units and regular liaison with the commercial finance team
*Overall responsibility of the Treasury related operations
*Involvement and driving of process improvement initiatives
*Significant project involvement
*Skills and experience

You will be CA/CPA qualified and have the ability to liaise and support key operational and commercial teams. You will be able to successfully manage strategic business initiatives and have a proactive and positive approach to their work. You will have strong analysis and management reporting skills, ideally gained in a complex commercial business. You will be able to demonstrate strong influencing skills, and ability to build rapport to a variety of different stakeholders. Proven ability to work under pressure, handling priorities and meeting deadlines will be required.
